The Family Rooms spread on 2 levels and consist of 2 separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other, on the upper floor, is furnished with twin beds. 2 individual bathrooms are provided. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, a TV with premium channels, safe, mini-bar and high-speed internet access. Bathroom is equipped with bathtub with shower, featuring luxury cosmetic products and a hairdryer. Free entry to the Health club (fitness, sauna, swimming pool) at your disposal. Hotel is beautiful. The property is very well maintained with exquisite features in every corner. I have stayed at many hotels but this one really delivers luxury. The breakfast was nice. The spa lovely. The location is amazing as it is tucked away in the centre in a quiet road but within minutes you can walk into the heart of old town, run along the river, visit the castle and Old Town along with its many restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The little cafe at the front serves Cocktails and Fizz alongside small. bites when you want a snack in luxurious surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. I could not have asked for more on this 4d trip. The reception staff, restaurant and cafe staff all were incredible generous and ready to help all the time. Thank you all for a wonderful trip.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. First, it is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. You can see how every piece was carefully chosen to decorate the rooms and the common areas. The hotel is very clean, in every nook and cranny. But most importantly, the staff is superb, from the front desk to the housekeeping to the personnel in the restaurants. Everyone is so attentive, kind, and thoughtful. I would give it 100/10 if I could! Also, the breakfast is delicious. The location is pretty central but in a quiet area. They're very pet-friendly, offering dog beds and bowls.

Arrived in Prague--6.5 hour train from Krakow. We were warmly greeted in reception with a glass of Prosecco. Staff is courteous and attentive. The room is like the photos on the website-- but there is a vibe (sorry cliché) which exists in this 1517 building. We stayed in room 116 which was down the hall from a sitting room/solarium and probably my favorite spot in the hotel. Each afternoon they served wine and cheese. For location-- we could walk to all points of the city--good central location. Would stay here again!!!

The hotel itself is a beautiful old building. Location was amazing- close to the castle, close to Charles Bridge and Old Town. Very walkable. Room exceeded our expectation, much bigger than pictured. Bed was comfortable. Chocolate in the evening. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of food available. Prosecco provided with breakfast. They even had a cocktail hour with cheese and wine. The staff were very friendly.
